Sales Executive
who can help convert leads into happy clients by building trust, counselling, and guiding them through our diet plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Handling & Conversion:
Contact and counsel potential clients generated via leads, referrals, and inquiries.
Explain our diet programs, services, and benefits to prospective clients.
Build rapport and trust to ensure lead-to-client conversion.
Client Counselling & Support:
Understand client requirements, lifestyle goals, and health concerns.
Suggest suitable diet plans/packages based on their needs.
Handle objections with empathy and professionalism.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management:
Consistently follow up with warm and cold leads.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals and referrals.
Track inquiries, responses, and conversions in CRM/lead management tools.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales / counselling / customer service
(experience in healthcare, wellness, or nutrition industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi/Punjabi).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
