Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for technology solutions. This role involves engaging with potential clients through telemarketing, warm calling, and outbound efforts to drive business development and foster long-term relationships. The Sales Executive will utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales activities effectively.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients, focusing on building rapport and understanding their needs. Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts. Demonstrate technology products and solutions effectively to potential clients. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to engage customers effectively through telemarketing and outbound calling techniques. Background in technology sales is a plus; understanding of technical products is beneficial. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Demonstrated business development skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
