Job Description

Job Summary

The IT Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets in the technology sector. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products, solutions, and services, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Promote and sell IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and managed IT services.

Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations tailored to client need

2. Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery

3. Market Research and Strategy:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Analyze market conditions to identify business opportunities and threats.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and materials.

4. Sales Operations and Reporting:

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.

Manage and update CRM tools with client interactions and pipeline details.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Provide feedback to product development teams to improve offerings based on client needs.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).

Experience: Proven track record in IT sales or a related role (1-3 years preferred).

Technical Knowledge:

1. Understanding of IT solutions, such as networking, software, cloud computing, and

cybersecurity.

2. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
