Job Description

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers, understand their requirements, and guide them to suitable vehicles.

Product Expertise:

Detail vehicle features, benefits, warranties, and available financing/lease options.

Sales Process:

Conduct test drives, negotiate prices, overcome objections, and close sales.

Administrative Tasks:

Complete sales contracts, maintain customer databases, and generate sales reports.

Relationship Management:

Follow up with buyers, manage leads, and build long-term client rapport.

Dealership Support:

Assist with showroom displays, participate in promotions, and collaborate with finance/service teams.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on new models, market trends, and sales techniques.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills; ability to understand customer needs; strong drive to meet goals.

Qualifications:

Graduate often proven sales experience, ideally in automotive.

Knowledge:

Proficient understanding of current vehicle inventory, features, and financial products.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
