Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication. Conduct outbound and warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services. Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base. Utilize inside sales techniques to effectively present solutions tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations. Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. Strong background in business development with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing practices. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
