A proactive Sales Executive professional responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, converting opportunities into confirmed work orders, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups. The role includes sales calls, client follow-ups, opportunity identification, and coordination with internal teams to support closures.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, market research, networking, and site visits.
Conduct regular follow-ups to push prospects towards closure.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate internal technical inputs.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed work orders.
Conduct payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection as per agreed terms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain lead tracker/CRM with accurate updates and daily reporting.
Support negotiations, agreement discussions, and project handovers
Maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Self-driven, organized, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and field visits.
Basic proficiency in Excel, email drafting, and CRM tools.
