Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details to clients.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information regarding property specifications, pricing, and payment plans.
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and meetings to convert prospects into sales.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the sales team, CRM team, and project management teams to ensure smooth communication.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Assist in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions when required.
