, you will be responsible for promoting Paytm's payment solutions and business services to merchants, retailers, and other potential clients. Your primary goal will be to onboard new merchants, drive sales, and ensure a strong relationship with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential merchants and retailers to onboard them to Paytm's payment platform.
Promote Paytm's QR codes, Soundbox, EDC machines, and other financial services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with merchants to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
Collect and verify merchant KYC documents as per company guidelines.
Provide feedback from merchants to the company to improve service offerings.
Ensure timely installation and activation of Paytm devices and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years in field sales / direct sales / B2B sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable working in the field.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital payments is a plus.
