Job Summary

We are hiring a

Sales Executive

with strong field sales experience. This is a

100% field-based role

--you will be on the ground daily, meeting clients, visiting construction sites, and driving revenue. If you have sales experience (in the

steel

or

TMT bar industry is a bonus)

, we want to hear from you.

You'll play a key role in generating leads, presenting products, and building long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, and project heads.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach dealers, contractors, and real estate developers Present TMT bar products confidently and explain key benefits Visit customer sites for meetings, demos, and follow-ups Negotiate and help close deals in coordination with internal teams Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients Stay informed on product updates, pricing, and market competition Report feedback to help refine sales strategies

Qualifications

Minimum education:

12th pass

1-2 years of field sales experience

required (TMT/steel industry preferred) Strong

communication

and

negotiation

skills Ability to work independently and manage time on the field

Must own a two-wheeler

and hold a valid

driving license

Familiarity with TMT bar grades and the market is a plus
