Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking Handle client inquiries and understand event requirements Present event proposals, quotations, and packages to clients Follow up with leads and close sales within defined timelines Coordinate with the operations and event teams for smooth execution Maintain client records and update sales reports Build and maintain long-term client relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Experience in sales or events is an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Willingness to work flexible hours when required
