What You'll Do:


Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.


Strategic Sales: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies, especially targeting Pharma franchise and PCD clients.


Sales Analysis: Track, analyze, and report sales activities to consistently achieve and surpass targets.


Market Growth: Identify new opportunities and effectively promote Pharma franchise and PCD business solutions.


Collaborative Approach: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to guarantee exceptional client satisfaction.


Requirements


What We're Looking For:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.


2+ years of sales experience; at least 1 year in Pharma business development preferred.


Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.


Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.


Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
