Coordinating with Project Management Department and keeping the customer informed about their order via the post-sales team,
Managing a complete life cycle of an order which includes product presentation to customer, consultative selling, team coordination, material dispatch, site readiness etc.
Working with the sales team to develop sales strategies,
Engaging channel partners and their management,
Helping team members in closing orders and achieving their targets,
Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by pre-sales team,
Answering client queries about product specifications and uses,
Maintaining architect and client relationships,
Learn and understand the product so as to gain in-depth knowledge of the same,
Creating and presenting sales performance reports in routine meetings,
