Job Role: Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

We are seeking an energetic and experienced professional with 3+ years of experience in Pharma Sales or Business Development to drive growth and expand our market presence in Panchkula and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector. Handle client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Promote PCD and third-party manufacturing services. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products across 10+ divisions. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharma Sales / Business Development. Strong understanding of PCD and Third-Party Pharma manufacturing business models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
