Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable properties.
Conduct property site visits and coordinate with clients, builders, and brokers
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients
Update CRM systems with client interactions and sales progress
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure smooth transactions
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Good knowledge of local real estate market and property laws
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel for site visits
