Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, documentation) to ensure smooth closing.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and property values.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Good knowledge of local real estate market and geography.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends.
Basic understanding of real estate documentation and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
