We cater to graphic novel enthusiasts in English-speaking markets, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Indian subcontinent. With over 20 series currently in pipeline for launch by 2027, we are seeking a global partner to facilitate the digital and physical distribution of our titles, ensuring their presence in retail stores worldwide. Role Overview



This is a

field-intensive B2B sales role

, responsible for developing and managing retail, bookstore, and distributor relationships across India. The ideal candidate should be confident in

in-person pitching, presentations, and demos

.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and onboard new retail chains, bookstores, and regional distributors across India. Conduct

in-person product demos and presentations

to showcase our manga catalog. Build strong relationships with key retail decision-makers and partners. Develop and execute

region-wise sales plans

and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and marketing) to ensure timely delivery and promotions. Analyze sales performance and provide regular market feedback and competitor insights. Submit weekly travel schedules, visit reports, and lead updates via CRM tools.

Required Qualifications



Male candidate

willing to travel extensively across India (10-15 days/month minimum). 1-3 years of experience in

field sales / distribution / channel partnerships

, preferably in

publishing, FMCG, or media

industries. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Confident in physical pitching, product demonstrations, and on-ground B2B discussions. Strong organizational and reporting abilities using MS Office or CRM tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
