We are looking for a passionate and results-driven
Sales Executive
to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Visit potential customers for new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proficiency in regional Tamil.
