ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring a field sales professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in selling paints pigments or industrial chemicals to B2B clients. The role focuses on managing existing accounts and developing new business across Delhi NCR by engaging with manufacturers dealers and distributors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Meet and manage paint manufacturers pigment users and industrial buyers for regular business.

2. Develop new accounts and expand coverage across Delhi NCR.

3. Generate and close B2B sales orders with timely delivery coordination.

4. Conduct product sampling and technical discussions with clients.

5. Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with purchasing teams.

6. Track competitor activity and share market insights with management.

7. Follow up for payments and maintain strong client relations.

8. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for dispatch and stock management.

9. Maintain sales reports pipeline updates and demand forecasts.

MUST HAVE CRITERIA

1. Minimum 2 to 4 years of field sales experience in paints pigments or chemical supply industry.

2. Proven record of handling B2B or industrial clients independently.

3. Basic understanding of paint raw materials pigments resins or chemical additives.

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills with clear sales targets achieved in previous roles.

5. Ability and willingness to travel for client meets.

PREFERRED CRITERIA

1. Prior experience working with paint manufacturers or pigment suppliers.

2. Existing client network of dealers distributors or industrial buyers in Delhi NCR.

3. Knowledge of vendor registration processes or institutional sales.

4. Experience in technical product presentations or coordinating product trials.

5. Proficiency in using CRM tools and preparing sales forecasts.

6. Ability to track competitor pricing and suggest product improvement ideas.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Base CTC 3.5 LPA to 5.0 LPA plus performance based incentives and travel allowance.

Pay: ₹350,458.30 - ₹500,000.00 per year
