We're hiring a Sales Executive (mid-level) who can confidently manage outbound sales, engage with founders and marketing teams, and consistently book qualified meetings.
Responsibilities
Cold calling founders, CMOs, and marketing heads
Sending cold outreach emails to B2C brands
Doing follow-ups and handling basic objections
Qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings
Maintaining CRM and updating lead status regularly
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling
Fluent English (mandatory)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable with rejection
Experience selling agency or creative services is a plus
Compensation
Fixed monthly salary
Commission on every deal closed
