Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive with

2+ years of experience

in medical devices or pharma sales. Experience in

dentistry, orthodontics, or dental product sales

is a strong advantage.

This is a

field-focused role

, involving regular visits to orthodontists across

Hyderabad and key Tier 2 markets in Telangana

.

Key Responsibilities

? Identify and onboard orthodontists and dentists across Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, and Nizamabad.
? Deliver product demos and explain BaTR's clinical benefits (torque precision, reduced wire bending, enhanced outcomes).
? Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Build strong relationships with orthodontists, dental clinics, and distributors.
? Generate repeat orders and ensure long-term customer retention.
? Plan territory visits, maintain call reports, and track conversions.
? Share market insights on competition, pricing, and customer needs.
? Attend dental conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
? Coordinate internally for order processing, stock, and customer support.

Required Qualifications & Experience

? 2-4 years of field sales experience in medical devices or pharma.
? Experience selling dental/orthodontic products is preferred.
? Strong communication and clinical detailing skills.
? Proven performance in meeting sales targets.
? Comfortable with field travel across Telangana.
? Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of managing the territory independently.

- 70% Fixed + 30% Incentive
