Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with

2+ years of experience

in Indian medical devices or pharma sales. Candidates with exposure to

dentistry, orthodontics, or dental product sales

will be preferred.

This is a

field sales role

focused on meeting orthodontists, demonstrating our BaTR bracket system, driving adoption, and achieving monthly sales targets in

Madhya Pradesh

.

Key Responsibilities

? Identify, approach, and onboard orthodontists and dentists across the assigned MP region (Indore/Bhopal + Gwalior, Jabalpur, Ujjain).
? Conduct product demos and explain clinical benefits of BaTR (torque precision, reduced wire bending, better bonding, improved treatment outcomes).
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, dental clinics, and dealers.
? Generate repeat orders and long-term customer loyalty.
? Plan territory visits, maintain daily call reports, track conversions.
? Provide on-field insights on competition, pricing, and customer requirements.
? Participate in local dental conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
? Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and customer support.

Required Qualifications & Experience

? 2-4 years of field sales experience in medical devices or pharma.
? Experience selling to dentists/orthodontists is a strong advantage.
? Strong communication and clinical detailing skills.
? Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
? Comfortable with field travel across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities in MP.
? Self-driven, disciplined, and able to manage territory independently.

- 70% Fixed + 30% Performance-based incentives
