Promote and sell genuine Dealer Ship of M&M spare parts to customers, workshops, garages, and retailers.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new customers/dealers in assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relations with existing clients through regular follow-ups and support.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly.
Provide product recommendations and technical assistance when needed.
Order & Inventory Management:
Take customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels and report fast- or slow-moving parts.
Market Intelligence:
Gather competitor pricing and promotional information.
Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Maintain proper records of sales, invoices, and customer data.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of automotive spare parts (especially Mahindra).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and customer-focused.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, ERP preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Minimum Graduate (Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical).
Experience:
1-3 years in automotive spare parts sales (preferably Mahindra dealership or similar).
Working Conditions:
6-day working week.
Field visits as per assigned territory.
Travel allowance as per company norms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
