The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, converting leads, and managing the entire sales cycle--from prospecting to closing deals. You will be the face of our products and services, helping schools, students, and parents adopt the right learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and lead generation platforms
Conduct product demos and presentations (online or in-person) to prospective customers (students, parents, schools, institutions)
Understand customer needs and provide tailored EdTech solutions
Follow up with leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM tools
Attend educational events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote the brand and generate leads
Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
1-3 years of proven sales experience in the
EdTech industry
(B2B, B2C, or institutional sales)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
Ability to understand and explain technical/educational products clearly
Proficient in using CRM software and basic MS Office/Google Workspace tools
Willingness to travel (if applicable)
