Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare institutions in Odisha.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and marketing materials.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and hospital sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients.
