Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services. Submit regular sales reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required). 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales or related roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with local market and customer base.

Local candidates from Bhubaneswar preferred.
