Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented

Sales Executive

to drive business growth in

architectural and interior furnishing solutions

across Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for identifying projects, promoting furnishing and design services, building strong networks with industry stakeholders, and closing deals with residential, corporate, hospitality and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads and follow up on interior fit-out, turnkey furnishing, and design project opportunities in Odisha. Build strong business relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, government departments, corporate clients, and contractors. Promote and sell services such as modular furniture, false ceilings, partitions, wall panelling, flooring, lighting solutions, and complete turnkey interiors. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project scope and requirements. Collaborate with in-house design and project teams to propose custom solutions and technical specifications. Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales with profitable margins. Monitor local market trends, tenders, and government projects in Odisha to identify new business avenues. Ensure timely reporting and use of CRM/Excel tools for lead tracking and performance measurement. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client events within the region.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

2-5 years of relevant experience

in sales or business development in architectural/interior design/furnishing domain. Good understanding of local construction market, building materials, and turnkey interior solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel within Odisha for client meetings and site visits. Knowledge of regional languages (preferably

Odia

) along with English and Hindi. Familiarity with government project bidding/tendering processes is a plus.

Preferred Candidates:



Candidates with existing client base or network in Odisha's real estate, hospitality, or institutional sectors Experience in dealing with CPWD, PWD, government tenders, or large corporate interior projects in Odisha
