Job Description

Sales Execution & Coverage



Execute daily PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) covering Key & Group Retail Outlets including On Premises and premium HoReCa accounts

Drive secondary sales targets and market shares, as per monthly plans

Ensure optimal product availability and visibility at each touchpoint.

Outlet Management



Strengthen relationships with key retail chains within mapped outlets

Ensure timely execution of promotions, visibility drives, and activations.

Support outlets with product detailing, merchandise and brand updates.

Execution Excellence



Drive excellence in-market by adhering to the company's execution standards, planograms, and visibility norms.

Monitor stock rotation, freshness, and hygiene at outlet level.

Policy & Compliance Adherence



Follow company policies including pricing, discounts, schemes and daily product promotion norms, strictly.

Ensure adherence to state excise rules and legal guidelines relevant to the AlcoBev industry.

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Provide timely feedback on competition activity, market trends, and consumer insights.

Submit daily/weekly reports on PJP adherence, sales performance, and market execution Or as per the business need

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
