Bharat Herbs Private Limited is a Bhubaneswar-based company dedicated to promoting wellness through the power of Ayurveda. With a strong portfolio of herbal and Ayurvedic products, we are looking to expand our reach in the western region of Odisha.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive with experience or interest in the Ayurvedic and herbal products industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about wellness, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Ayurvedic products to retailers, distributors, and health practitioners in the assigned region. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Execute sales strategies and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Provide feedback from the market to the management team. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum qualification:

+2 / Higher Secondary Pass

. 1-3 years ofExperience in sales (preferably in Ayurvedic products) is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Western Odisha. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of the local language and familiarity with the region is a plus.
