We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Associate to manage existing customer relationships, follow up on quotations, identify new business opportunities, and occasionally visit clients. The role also involves attending industry exhibitions to represent the company and build valuable connections. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing specialization, or a related field. Proven experience in customer relations, sales support, or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and exhibitions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Freshers are welcome

Key Responsibilities:



Follow-Up on Customer Inquiries: Proactively follow up on existing customer inquiries and quotations, ensuring timely responses and updates. Generate New Inquiries: Work to generate new inquiries from both existing clients and potential new customers by maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings for sales and marketing engineers, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and productive interactions. Customer Updates: Regularly take updates from clients on the status of quotations, projects, and any ongoing business requirements, and communicate feedback to the relevant internal teams. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and related customer communications. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and delivered on time. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure a smooth flow of information and the timely resolution of customer issues. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and inquiries
