We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Executive to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and business development, with a proven track record in B2B sales and account management .
As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
This role requires excellent negotiation skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities :-
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in assigned territories.
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and identifying up selling opportunities.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and drive results independently.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective territory management and account tracking.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and developing actionable strategies.
Ability to perform product demos effectively while addressing client needs and concerns.
Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus.
