About the Role:

Astha Technology Solutions is looking for dynamic and confident Sales Executives with CRM knowledge to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong convincing power, and the ability to build effective relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound sales calls and CRM activities Clearly communicate with international clients in English Convert potential leads into clients through persuasive communication Maintain and update customer records in CRM software Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/services Build long-term customer relationships Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain quality standards

Candidate Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) Confident speaker with the ability to engage customers effectively Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or CRM (1-3 years preferred) Good knowledge of sales strategies and customer handling CRM software knowledge is an added advantage Comfortable working in night/US shifts

Shift Details:

Night Shift Only (US Time Zone)

Pay:

25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
