We're looking for a dynamic
Business Development Associate
to connect with professional groups, forums, and associations. Your efforts will help Waari reach new communities, convert group travel opportunities, and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with professional groups, forums, and association leaders.
Represent Waari(TM) at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to promote travel offerings.
Identify and pitch travel solutions for large group movements (20+ pax), driving conversion and revenue.
Develop partnership proposals as well as strong and influential PowerPoint presentations
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to design tailored travel packages and proposals.
Develop and execute outreach strategies for targeted community segments.
Maintain and update CRM with leads, conversations, and conversion data.
Follow up with leads to drive repeat bookings and referral business.
Gather and share community insights, preferences, and competitor activities with the team.
Coordinate onboarding for new associations and manage long-term engagement.
Key Skill Set:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confident presentation ability.
Relationship-building and account management experience, preferably with B2B or group clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close group sales.
Strategic thinking and execution abilities with attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Prior experience in travel or hospitality partnerships is preferred.
Flexibility to attend offsite events, fairs, and association meetings as required.

Salary: INR 30,000 - INR 35,000 per month

Ravet, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
B2B sales & marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
