Purpose of Role
This position is Responsible for maintaining and growing strategic On-Premise accounts.Build & drive profitable volume & brand mix growth in compliance with Beam code, local laws and regulations. Increase brand presence and trials of relevant and strategically important brands. Maintain & forge regional, chain or national alliances and tie ups along with set up systems and processes for smooth and better execution of on-premise accounts.

Role Specific Competencies:
  • Knowledge of and experience in the beverage alcohol industry (trade, excise laws & distribution) will be preferred
  • Has a sound knowledge and understanding of customers business
  • Can present the key features of brands to Key Customers i:e GM\xe2\x80\x99s, F&B Directors and other key stake holders
  • An individual with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, extremely well groomed and sophisticated
  • Should have the ability to service large potential accounts, identify each stakeholder within the organization and grow the account significantly in revenue and product range
  • Motivated & ensures On-Premise activity calendar is executed timely
  • Ability to work to deadlines and/or under pressure and to remain calm and productive
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills (Internally & Externally)

Qualification & Experience
  • Graduate/MBA with 3-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Sales
  • Preferred from Liquor Or FMCG/FMCD/Hospitality industry
