Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers by visiting them regularly
Identify potential customers and generate leads for the company's products or services (Industrial Electrical products and is our domain)
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with customers
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information in a CRM system
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that customer needs are being met
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
