Job Summary:
We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Sales Executive to market our range of oils and lubricants to customers across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for oils and lubricants.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
5. Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers.
6. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
8. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the oil and lubricants industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
