We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to manage inbound/outbound calls, generate leads, handle customer queries, and support overall sales operations from the office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up with leads, distributors, and customers regularly.
Maintain sales data, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and management for order processing.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
Ensure timely communication with clients and resolve basic queries.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience in telesales/inside sales/customer support (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Strong follow-up ability and customer handling skills.
Ability to work under targets with a positive attitude.
