Job Responsibilities
Create and execute sales strategies to boost revenue.
Identify and engage new customers, such as restaurants and food delivery companies.
Leverage portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Alibaba for sales (preferred).
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service.
Collaborate with the marketing team on online sales campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Achieve or exceed sales targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to refine strategies.
Skills & Requirements
? 2+ years' experience in Sales / Key Account Management / Business Development
? Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
? Strong negotiation and client handling ability
? Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets
? Team player with a go-getter attitude
