Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients (Architects, PMCs, and Corporate Offices), conducting product presentations, and driving B2B sales for office chairs and modular workstations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit potential clients including architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and corporate offices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote and sell modular office furniture and seating solutions.
Conduct site visits and understand client requirements.
Coordinate with the factory and design team for proposals and customized solutions.
Meet monthly sales targets and submit sales reports to the manager.
Follow up on leads from platforms like IndiaMART and referrals.
Negotiate pricing and close orders in line with company margins.
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (preferably in furniture, interiors, or construction materials).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel locally and meet multiple clients daily.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of office furniture products is a plus.
Fluency in Tamil/English (for Chennai), Kannada (for Bangalore), or Telugu (for Hyderabad) preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler for field travel.
