We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven

Sales Executive

with at least

1 year of experience in cold calling and lead generation

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, initiating contact with potential customers, and building strong client relationships in a non-IT domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments. Understand customer needs and provide relevant product or service information. Follow up on leads and prospects regularly to convert them into business opportunities. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate information. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to clients when required. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies and improve conversion rates. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, specifically in cold calling or telemarketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Nice to Have:

Experience in field sales or inside sales in a non-IT industry. Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes. Fluency in English, Punjabi.
