Role Overview:
The Cement Sales Executive (Non-Trade) will manage and grow sales in the project and institutional segment, targeting contractors, builders, government bodies, and infrastructure clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales from builders from non-trade/institutional customers like builders, RMC plants, and government projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Identify new business opportunities and follow up for order closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth deliveries and payments.
Requirements
:
Male candidates with an MBA in Marketing/ Graduate in Business, Marketing and knowledge of the CEMENT INDUSTRY
2-5 years of experience in cement/building materials/project sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
Must have a driving license and be willing to travel.
Salary:
15,000 - 20,000/month
