Job Description

The Sales Executive - Events is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of banquets, conferences, weddings, and social functions at the hotel. The role involves developing relationships with clients, planning and coordinating event requirements, and ensuring seamless service delivery from inquiry to event execution.

Respond promptly to event inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients showcasing the hotel's event spaces and services. Maintain detailed records of client requirements, event specifications, and post-event feedback. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Assist in developing event packages, promotions, and seasonal offers to attract diverse clientele

Requirements & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or Business Administration. 1-3 years of experience in hotel event sales or banquet sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales/event systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi). Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,175.31 - ?29,040.81 per month
