Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls during night hours. Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers. Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Update customer information and interactions in CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing and support teams for smooth client handling. Maintain professionalism and positive communication with international clients. Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Sales Executive (Night Shift) - Required Skills

Excellent spoken and written English communication. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Experience in B2B or B2C international sales preferred. Confident handling of night shift operations and client calls. Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Target-oriented with good problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
