Position - Sales Executive - Female Candidates

Working days - Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Shift- 9:30pm to 6:30am

Job Brief:

Leasing Consultant responsibilities include:

Presenting apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.

Assisting residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants.

Promoting unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities:

l Coordinate with clients and give them brief detail of our property.

l Giving Tour of our Property / Apartments and providing information about our Facilities like Swimming pool, nearby Grocery store or schools etc.

l Placing an advertisement for Vacant Units (Properties) through various media channel, advertising techniques and expanding our customer base.

l Track all Outbound & Inbound lead generation activities and Converting Leads into Appointments

l Co-ordinate with Supervisor and Management on regular basis and to share all necessary client's details

Requirements and Skills:

l Fluent English communication skill.

l Good Marketing skills.

l Aggressive sales skill.
