Job Description

The Sales Executive - NEXA is responsible for delivering a premium buying experience to customers, generating sales leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets while upholding the NEXA brand philosophy and customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and deliver a

premium NEXA showroom experience

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable NEXA vehicles Explain product features, pricing, financing options, and offers clearly Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, events, and digital platforms Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems Follow up with prospects and existing customers to close sales Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up Participate in showroom events, roadshows, and promotional activities
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric attitude with a premium service mindset Persuasive sales and negotiation skills Basic computer and CRM knowledge Ability to work with targets and under pressure Professional appearance and etiquette aligned with NEXA standards

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
