At Shiplee.ai, we're transforming how D2C and eCommerce brands ship smarter using AI-powered logistics.
We're looking for passionate Sales Executives who can drive merchant acquisition and growth through cold outreach, lead generation, and field sales across Delhi and Noida.
As a Sales Executive, you'll be on the front line -- connecting with sellers, explaining our solutions, and helping them experience how Shiplee can optimize their shipping, reduce RTO, and grow faster.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold outreach and client visits to onboard new merchants.
Explain Shiplee.ai's courier, AI, and logistics solutions to potential clients.
Generate qualified leads via calls, emails, and field meetings.
Maintain a strong pipeline of eCommerce and D2C leads.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion strategies.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent post-onboarding support and client satisfaction
Requirements
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales (preferably in logistics, shipping, or eCommerce tech).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of outbound/cold sales strategies.
Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Comfortable traveling within Delhi NCR for client meetings.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
