Key Responsibilities:
Source leads from personal networks to sell the products.
Contact provided leads, schedule sales visits, and convert leads to sales.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to boost performance.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
Meet or exceed business targets as per the goal sheet.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualification & Experience:
Must completed Graduation compulsory.
1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Leadership skills to drive a team towards business goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
