Designation- Field sales executive

Location- Nellore-Ramji Nagar

As a Field Sales Executive at 4K Sports Infra, you'll play a vital role in driving growth by connecting with clients on-site, understanding their unique infrastructure needs, and delivering customized, high-impact sports solutions. You'll be the face of our brand in the field--building trust, educating prospects, and closing deals that shape the future of sports infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Visits & Client Evaluations

Conduct regular visits to client locations to evaluate infrastructure and gather detailed insights into project requirements.

Analyze client objectives and environments to recommend tailored infrastructure solutions.

2. Consultative Engagement

Engage directly with decision-makers to understand their goals and pain points.

Offer consultative insights that align 4K Sports Infra's offerings with client expectations.

3. Product Demonstrations & Education

Lead impactful on-site presentations and product demos that showcase our value-driven solutions.

Clearly articulate both technical and functional benefits of our offerings to various stakeholders.

4. Communicating Value & Building Trust

Highlight the unique selling propositions (USPs) that set 4K Sports Infra apart from competitors.

Build long-term client relationships through honest dialogue, reliable support, and continuous follow-up.

5. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market research.

Maintain an active and well-documented sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.

6. Negotiation & Deal Closure

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to structure deals that meet mutual objectives.

Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with profitability and strategic goals.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Telecaller, marketing, and product teams to refine proposals and respond to client feedback.

Share market and client insights with the product team to influence roadmap decisions.

8. CRM & Sales Reporting

Use CRM tools to accurately document client interactions, site evaluations, proposals, and contracts.

Provide timely and data-driven sales reports to leadership, outlining progress and opportunities.

9. Market Intelligence & Skill Development

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Engage in training programs to strengthen product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?36,000.00 per month
