The Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to act as the face of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting with prospective clients to understand their vision, and presenting tailored interior solutions.
The ideal candidate has a passion for design and a proven track record of closing high-value deals in the interior design, real estate, or construction industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential residential and commercial clients through networking, cold calling, and following up on marketing leads.
Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their space requirements, budget, and design preferences.
Collaborative Design: Work closely with our in-house design team to translate client needs into winning proposals and mood boards.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations of design concepts, materials, and cost estimates to stakeholders.
Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and foster long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, competitors, and industry pricing.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1+years of sales experience (preferably in Interior Design, Furniture, Real Estate, or Luxury Retail).
Education: plus two or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Interior Design is a plus.
Design Literacy: Ability to understand floor plans and basic design concepts. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "sell the vision."
Driver's License: Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (required for client site visits).
Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
