Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, such as online research, networking, or cold calling.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and foster long-term partnerships.

Product/Service Presentation:

Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the company's offerings.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Monitoring sales activities, updating customer information in CRM systems, and providing regular reports on sales performance.

Team Collaboration:

Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales objectives.

Market Research and Analysis:

Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

After-Sales Support:

Providing ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Meeting Sales Targets:

Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Interpersonal Skills:
