Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and digital channels.
Promote and sell financial products such as personal loans, business loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, or SME loans.
Conduct customer profiling, eligibility checks, and documentation verification.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing and disbursement.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with NBFC policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of loan products and financial documentation.
Target-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
